Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Thai dishes as instructed, ensuring they meet the restaurant's quality and taste standards
• Provide guidance and schedule the tasks of kitchen helpers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely food service
• Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
• Notify management when inventory levels are low and assist in restocking supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and work area, following established sanitation and safety protocols
• Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff
Experience and Education Requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 6 months or more cooking experience or completion of college or other program in cooking is required
