Job Description

* Determine & establish office procedures
* Open & distribute regular & electronic incoming mail & other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
* Arrange & co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.,
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars & conferences
* Schedule & confirm appointments,
* Answer telephone & relay telephone calls &messages, Answer electronic inquiries
* Compile data, statistics & other information
* Order office supplies & maintain inventory
* Type & proofread correspondence, forms & other documents
* Greet people & direct them to contacts or service areas
* Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
* Set up and maintain manual& computerized information filing systems

Job Requirements:
* Languages:: English
* Education:: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Experience:: 2 years to less than 3 years
* Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail
