Responsibility
. Overall manage daily activities of the sales department, plan and organize sales operations
. Develop strategical sales plans, set up monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
. Lead the team to conduct sales activities to reach or exceed sales targets
. Evaluate effects of current sales strategies and modes, timely make adjustment to increase sales volume
. Lead sales team to explore market, build relationships with new clients and business partners
. Negotiate sales contracts with clients and business partners, and monitor contract execution
. Cooperate with marketing department to understand market trends and advise on planning new products and services
. Recruit, organize and train sales personnel, direct and supervise their works

Qualifications
. University degree or college diploma
. 3-5 years professional experience of sales and minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role, ideally in medical spa/beauty lounge industry
. Prior knowledge and experience in similar Industry
. Strong business sense and market insight, and quick response to changes of market demand
. Demonstrated ability of sales strategy planning and sales activities management
. Strong leadership to build a positive and effective working environment and encourage the team to pursuit higher achievement
. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and negotiation skills to handle relationships with clients, partners and colleagues; ability to communicate confidently
. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
