We Are Looking For:
An experienced Restaurant Manager with expertise in Halal and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Education: College/CEGEP, Relevant post-secondary education in related industry

Responsibilities:
-Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the required menus.
-Coach and lead our staff and help to ensure they receive great training and support.
-Manage the financials, and work to achieve and exceed established goals.
-Plan and strategize to implement operational procedures
-Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
-Conduct performance reviews
-Cost products and services
-Organize and maintain inventory
-Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
-Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
-Develop, implement and analyze budgets
-Participate in marketing plans and implementation
-Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
-Recruit, train and supervise staff
-Plan, organize, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the restaurant .
-Develop and manage budgets to control costs and optimize profitability.
-Oversee pricing, inventory control, and ordering of supplies to maintain cost-effectiveness.
-Track financial performance, analyze revenue and expenses, and prepare regular financial reports to communicate with ownership.
-Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
-Update existing menus, ensuring a variety of high-quality and fresh food and beverage options are served.
-Ensure the establishment complies with relevant legislation and regulations.
-Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the establishment.
-Build strong relationships with customers by exceeding expectations and handling concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
If you’ve had at least 5 years previous restaurant management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment we’re interested.
Communication is key, so you’ll need to speak and write English well.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Have ability to manage our store with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and fun – winning mindset and enthusiastic personality.
You’ll be managing sales goals, inventory, cash and other stuff that requires good math and analytical skills.
Previous experience with scheduling, labor and product cost control, inventory.
Previous experience in developing a team.
Possess hospitality, authenticity, quality, fun values that define our people.
