Job Responsibilities
•Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Thai dishes as instructed, ensuring they meet the restaurant's quality and taste standards
•Provide guidance and schedule the tasks of kitchen helpers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely food service
•Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
•Notify management when inventory levels are low and assist in restocking supplies as needed
•Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and work area, following established sanitation and safety protocols
•Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff
Experience and Education Requirements
•Completion of secondary school is required
•6 months or more cooking experience or completion of college or other program in cooking is required
