Main Job Duties:
Manage calendars for management, prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving conflicts.
Types, formats, copies, distributes files and retrieves correspondence, reports and documents of a routine or confidential nature.
Respond to information requests received in person, by e-mail and by telephone utilizing a broad knowledge base and refer enquiries to appropriate sources.
Review and distribute incoming mail and correspondence for the management and staff.
Manage outgoing mail, courier and other correspondence.
Organize the recruitment process by scheduling meetings, contacting candidates, preparing and distributing recruitment information to Management.
Monitor stationary levels and order office supplies.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
Take accurate minutes of meetings.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
