Education: Completion of University Program in Engineering or Administration preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years of related work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Evaluating, planning, directing, and controlling operations of production department.
• Developing & implementing plans for efficiently using materials, labor and equipment.
• Developing Production schedules and keep record of inventory.
• Ensure standard safety measurements are followed in the unit.
• Hire, supervise staff and arrange training as required for new equipment & production techniques.
• Quality Inspection and production reporting procedures.
• Plan & implement changes to machinery and equipment, production system and work methods.
• Planning and managing departmental budgets
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules & recommend machine replacement.
