Beautiful Life Studios (www.beautifullifestudios.com) located 8304 Lander Rd, Gores Landing, ON, K0K 2E0 is hiring a full time and permanent Wedding Studio Manager - Photographer. This position requires work at the studio, as well as shooting locations across Ontario including Windsor, Toronto, and Ottawa.
Studio Management
• As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for training and developing our photographers where needed.
• You will also, of course be responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and experience for each and every customer connection.
• You will challenge yourself and your team to deliver on sales and profit.
• You are flexible and understand that in order for your customer’s needs to be met, you will be required to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Ensuring photographers are at the correct venue with the correct equipment
• Ensuring all equipment is serviced and ready
• Rent equipment if needed
• Maintain an inventory database for all images including physical prints, digitized images, consigned prints and print sales
• Organize both physical and digital assets for easy retrieval
• Archive and catalogue prints, negatives and other raw materials
• Execute all aspects of digital asset management for photographers
Photography Duties
• Determine picture composition
• Make technical adjustments to equipment
• Photograph subjects
• Operate computers to manipulate photographic images
Education Requirements
• Diploma or degree (in any arts discipline)
Experience Requirements
• Several years wedding photography experience
• Willing to work weekends
• Must be willing to travel across Ontario
• Accommodation and transport will be paid
• Fluency in English
• Excellent ability to work with people
Wage
• $53.30 per hour for 30 hours per week
