We are currently hiring a Vice President to support our upper management team. It is a critical leadership role that impacts our short & long-term growth. We expect an improvement in the overall operations including the enhancement of current management, development of cross-functional services, leading program development projects and maintaining internal and external relationships.

Job Duties: 

Strategic Planning:
1.Develop our academy’s strategic objectives, design education programs that align with our brand image, and implement curriculums that meet our educational standards.
2.Exert leadership in approving and executing innovative educational practices and activities for kids in a refined business scope.
3.Ensure effective management through posting directives and internal policies to oversee staff behaviors, facilitate staff to meet strategic goals of the company, and promote their achievement.
4.Take control of the academy's financial accounts, manage the budget allocation, and monitor our business performance for better financial spending adjustments.


Operation and Staff Management:
1.Monitor and evaluate academic programs regularly and instruct practices to ensure continuous improvement as well as student success.
2.Keep track of human resource recruitment, approve the middle manager's selection, and provide guidelines for the on-the-job orientation or follow-up training.
3.Develop efficient communication channels across departments, create career advancement roadmaps for staff’s individual development, and create KPI metrics for staff evaluations.
4.Establish a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and high-performance outcomes.
5.Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous professional development among staff and managers.


Client Engagement and Representation:
1.Serve as the company representative to attend industry meetings, build positive relationships with various clients, and expand our brand exposure among the parents, students, and local community members.
2.Actively engage and build partnership with relevant external organizations, such as media outlets, social forums, and key opinion leaders in the industry to gain more student enrollment.
3.Participate in negotiations with potential partners and official regulatory bodies on behalf of the academy.


Qualifications:
1.A college diploma in business administration, finance, or relevant experience in a similar field is required.
2.At least three years of experience working as a middle manager or higher rank is required.
3.Possess proven knowledge of business management principles regarding strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of staff members.
4.Show strong demonstration of leadership skills and excellent business acumen.
5.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
6.Capable of identifying business operations that need optimization and able to analyze the details and implement actions.
