Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff
• Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs
• Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise
• Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement
• Manage pricing for all new inventory and communicate price changes to staff
• Train new staff as needed
• Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed
• Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Shell branded dealer
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
• Secondary Education (High School)
• Minimum 7 month - 1 year previous work experience as Retail Sales Supervisor
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including mornings, afternoons, graveyards and evening shifts.
