Burger Factory is looking to hire 2 Meat Cutters to join our staff as quickly as possible!
As a Meat Cutter, you would have to perform the following duties:
• Use Power grinders and slicing machines to grind meats and slice cooked meats
• Cut and trim meat and poultry for self service counters or on customers demand
• Supervise other Meat cutters if necessary
• Prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry
• Checkout the food storage conditions on regular basis
• Keep all records of sales and determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company and customer requirement
• Manage Inventory
Requirements for the position:
No education required
On the job training will be provided
Job Terms:
• Wage – $19.00 per hour
• Hours - 40 hours per week; Full time, permanent position
