Title: Office Administrator
Salary: $29.00 per Hour

Job Requirement
•Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
•Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
•Highly organized, diligent and flexible
•Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines
•Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
•Effectively maintain and transfer information, files and records to manager/owner
•Document invoices, comply with procedures in handling banking transactions on day to day basis
•Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
•Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
•Preparation of presentations as and when required on MS PowerPoint.
•Respond to customer needs, requests, feedback and report issues to manager/owner
•Keep customer and personnel files up to date
•Ensure protection and security of files and records
•Carry out administrative activities of establishment
