Terms of Employment: 30-32 hours per week, Full-time/ Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $27.75 per hour
Overtime: 1.5 times the regular pay for every hour exceeding 40hrs/week

Vacation Pay: 10 days vacation.

Job Duties:
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Education:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience is required.
Language:
• English is required.
