Job duties:
Aim at the characteristics and advantages, develop marketing and promotional plans, and set up student recruitment targets;
Conduct and follow up recruitment activities, propaganda meetings and other promotional events to increase the Alathena’s public awareness;
Create and manage social media accounts of the Alathena on different platforms both in China and in Canada, and regularly update information and news;
Design questionnaire and conduct survey to understand public opinion and attitude about Alathena, and to identify students and parents’ interests, demands and concerns;
Prepare and review contents on the website, social media, pamphlets, enrollment guides and other marketing and promotional materials;
Communicate with students and parents, timely respond to their inquiries and questions in professional manner;
Assist in setting up and adjusting academic curriculum and programs in accordance with feedback from students and parents;
Prepare brochures, reports, newsletters, pamphlets, and other promotional and recruitment materials in English and Chinese versions.
Qualifications:
Complete a university degree or college diploma is required; majoring in business, marketing, communications, or other related fields is preferred;
2-3 years’ experience of marketing or student recruiting in high schools or other educational institutions;
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with students, parents, media and other cooperative institutions;
Strong ability of organization, communication, coordination and field control to handle relevant activities and events;
Demonstrated copy-writing skills in both English and Chinese, and able to compose marketing and promotional contents;
Ability to receive and deal with complex information and interpret into an understandable format;
Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools, and other editing and designing software;
Experience of operating and managing multiple social media will be a strong asset.
