**Job Description**: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including planning, organizing, and overseeing restaurant operations, staff management, customer service, and more.
** Job Duties **
1. Strategically plan, organize, and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, including the bar, cafeteria, or any other food and beverage service areas.
2.Identify the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to maintain high-quality customer experiences.
3. Recruit and hire staff as needed and oversee their training and development to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
4. Create and manage staff work schedules, continuously monitor staff performance, and take necessary actions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
5. Maintain inventory control measures, including tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring availability of essential supplies.
6. Continuously monitor revenues, analyze financial data, and adjust operational procedures and prices as needed to optimize cost-effectiveness and profitability.
7. Efficiently handle customer complaints and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
