Salary – $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
Job duties:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Assign duties and prepare staff work schedules and conduct performance reviews
• Actively promote and sell tire products to customers
• Assist with Human Resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training assignments, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, and payment terms to meet both customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities and service charges, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors
• Engage with customers to understand their tire needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Answer inquiries and provide information regarding tire specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide post-sales support, such as warranty information and assistance with tire-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to coordinate tire shipments and deliveries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding self and team’s sales targets set by the company.
• Determine long and short-term sales goals
• Oversee sales and special promotions
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends as needed
Experience: 1-2 years experience in below:
Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Conflict Resolution: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)
Ideally, we are looking for people with Wheel and tire knowledge who are passionate and enthusiastic to help guide our customers through the portal of the automotive world.
