Job Description
· Facilitate payment procedures and return of commodities/products
· Direct sales staff and other cashiers
· Record expenditure and sales figures regularly
· Schedule shifts and designate job duties to sales workers/cashiers
· Entertain customer complaints, requests, or shortage of regular supply
· Regular maintenance of merchandise
· Compose sales reports, inventory reports and team reports
· Recruit/train/coach new team members and monitor their performance
· Maintain store displays, general appearance of store and ensure cleanliness
· Frame new marketing policies
· Take measures to minimize stock damages, theft, or wastage
Job Requirements:

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
Ability to Supervise
1 to 2 people
