Job Details
* Determine & establish office procedures
* Open & distribute regular & electronic incoming mail & other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
* Arrange & co-ordinate seminars,conferences,etc.,
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars & conferences
* Schedule & confirm appointments
* Answer telephone & relay telephone calls & messages, Answer electronic inquiries
* Compile data, statistics & other information, Order office supplies & maintain inventory
* Type & proofread correspondence,forms & other documents
* Greet people & direct them to contacts or service areas
* Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
* Set up and maintain manual & computerized information filing systems
Job Requirements:
Languages
English
Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
