Regal Drywall Ltd. located at Surrey, BC is looking for Drywall installer supervisor. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours of work per week. Pay will be $34.00 per hour. You will be required to work at various construction sites across Metro Vancouver. This position requires the candidate to have at least high school education. The candidate must also have either at least 6 months of relevant experience or degree/diploma in the relevant field.
Following are some of the job duties:
• Manage, oversee, and plan the tasks of drywall installers and plasterers.
• Develop strategies to ensure project timelines are met and harmonize work assignments with tradesman and subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Order materials and supplies and ensure inventory management.
• Train workers in job duties, safety protocols and company policies.
• Offer recommendations for personnel matters, such as recruitment and promotions.
• Compile reports on the progress of work.
