AITHR-AUTOMOTIVE INTELLIGENCE CORP. is looking for a Product Manager (NOC 20012)

- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with AITHR Automotive Intelligence's goals and market demands within the software development sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers, to define and prioritize product features.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline for product releases, feature enhancements, and updates, taking into consideration business priorities and customer needs.
- Work closely with software development teams, UX/UI designers, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.
- Provide guidance and direction to the software development team throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and fulfills customer requirements.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
- Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing user feedback, and use insights gained to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Measure the success and performance of the product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and standards to ensure that the product complies with all necessary requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions or documentation to ensure that employees across different departments are well-informed about the product and its features.
