About A1Cash & Carry: We are a distributor and wholesaler of restaurant equipment, small wares, janitorial, food packaging, proteins, produce, dairy, frozen foods, bulk grocery, and beverages. Our company has over 1,000 customers daily, through cash & carry doorstep delivery or our re-distribution program. We work hard to keep our customers happy by going above and beyond their expectations in price, consistency, quality and service. We would need a marketing manager to improve the visibility of the company and engage with potential customers more effectively
Job type: permanent, full time job with flexible working hours, including weekends
Salary: $53.00 /hour
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage the staff and assign duties as needed
- Plan the budgets and authorize all the expenditures as the store required
- Resolve customer and clients complaints
- Regulate staffing requirements i.e. hire and human resources
- Strategy, direct and assess the operations of establishments involved in the sales departments and etc.
- Study the market research and trends to figure out consumer demands and needs
- Determine the wanted merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the store sales

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Work experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
