Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Location: 9040 Blundell Rd Unit 195, Richmond BC V6Y 2N9
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $25 per hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.
Key duties:
. Assist Manager in planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating daily operation of the Pizza store.
. Monitor revenue and modify procedures and prices.
. Manage inventory, source better deals on food supplies and equipment, and negotiate prices.
. Identify staff requirements, and recruit, manage, and mentor staff.
. Set work schedules, monitor staff performance, ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines, and conduct performance appraisals.
. Ensure all complaints are resolved.
. Ensure food quality and 100 % customer satisfaction.
. Monitor and ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
Requirements:
. Education: Completion of high school
. Experience: Two years of supervisory experience.
. Language: English

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
