Position: Tilesetters Supervisor
Pay: $40.00/ hour
Job Location: 11 Cidermill Ave Unit #3, L4K 4B6 Concord ON
Start date: As soon as possible
Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Job duties include:
• Produce reports and prepare other documentation related to production
• Manage the work of employees and projects under your supervision
• Organize and schedule the activities according to the schedule
• Responsible for overseeing the apprenticeship training process
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Make arrangements for training or arrange for training to be conducted
• Manage your own business on a day-to-day basis
• Operate CADD and other computer software programs regularly
• Set up the machines and equipment needed for the job
• Analyze the costs and materials involved in the project
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Identify and recommend actions that should be taken by personnel
• Understanding blueprints and drawings and being able to read them
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Must be proficient in verbal and written English
