Work location: 5028 50 Ave, Bonnyville, AB T9N 2P8
Duties and responsibilities of Supply and Receiving Supervisor NOC 12013
• Keep track of inventory levels for both food and non-food items.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Ensure that products are stored in the correct location and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Train new employees on proper receiving, storage, and inventory procedures.
• Communicate with other departments, such as kitchen staff and management, to understand supply needs.
• Generate reports to track trends, analyze costs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor the quality of incoming supplies and address any quality issues promptly.
• Address any supply chain issues, such as delays or shortages, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in supply chain management.
Job Requirements:

Experience : 1 year - 2 years
