Experience:
•More than five years in managing telecommunication projects.
•More than two years working as the Project Management Office (PMO) manager.
•More than five years in design, build, and delivery of various types of ICT infrastructure projects.
•More than five years in Civil Construction, Tetra, ?ber optics passive networks, Fiber/Civil construction (OSP, ISP, FTTx), telecommunications, cell towers, ?eld services, FTK rollout, and data centers.
Specific Skills:
•Proven experience in Performance Management,
•Proven experience managing, designing, and installing ?ber optic networks connecting different locations; each location can be 2,000 Km or more of Fiber Optic Cable (OC).
•Key Performance Indication Management certification (KPI-Professional Certification)
•PMO Certification (P3O, IPMO-P)

1.Program Management
•Proven experience managing several projects simultaneously, where one or more projects are considered significant in size, complex in delivery, and require different skills and resources.
•Manage Time, Quality, and Delivery using different project management tools.
•Ability to discuss projects at a director level.
•Ability to handle high demand and large number of projects simultaneously.
2. Tender Management
•Ability to assign work to the company staff and subcontractors.
•Ability to respond to the tender promptly.
•Ability to use more resources from an ongoing project to participate in the tendering without impacting the project's progress.
