• Salary: $32.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Oversee, organize, delegate, and evaluate the tasks performed by the staff.
• providing information and delivering customer service
• Writing correspondence, including emails, and preparing materials.
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Coordinate activities with other units and departments
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation
• Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for employees on job responsibilities and company policies.
• Ensure the smooth operation of registers other equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair activities
• Assist in the recruitment and on boarding processes for new personnel.
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised when require
• Resolve work-related issues and address complaints effectively
