Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with users to identify and document technical problems.
• Research solutions using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
• Provide advice, training, and support for business systems, network, and internet issues.
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for technical support analysis.
• Participate in the redesign of applications and software.
• Potential to supervise a team of technical support workers.
Employment Requirements:
• A college degree in computer science, computer programming, or network administration.
• Additional courses in computer programming or network administration.
• Certification or training from software vendors (preferred by some employers).
