Cambria College Ltd. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Manager, Administrative Services to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new administrative staff members.
• Develop and improve administrative systems, including maximizing the efficiency of internal procedures, reviewing current administrative activities.
• Oversee the daily administrative activities of the company including ensuring proper maintenance of file records, staff records, prepare management reports, etc.
• Support project managers with the permitting and inspection processes.
• Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
• Establishing client service standards and implement a clear strategy to improve client services to improve retention rate.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or a college diploma in business administrative or related field is required.
• Minimum three to four years of experience is required.
Salary: $50.50/hour
