The candidate should have either 3 months to 1 year of experience or certificate or diploma in relevant field. We are willing to train. Pay per hour will be in the range of $22 to 24 depending upon skills. This is a permanent full time position with 32-44 hours per week. Some of the duties of the Retail Store Supervisor are:
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
