Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain an organized digital filing system to efficiently manage information related to moving projects at AMJ Campbell.
• Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate email and call distributions within the internal and external team.
• Support the creation of various documents, including correspondence, manuals, reports, proposals, and other paperwork tailored to the specific needs of the company.
• Manage electronic and hard copy archive systems dedicated to project files, ensuring meticulous record-keeping in the context of moving logistics.
• Research and coordinate travel schedules as needed, including sending out itineraries and submitting travel records to the accounting department, considering the mobile nature of moving operations.
• Maintain and track all project-related contract documents, including contracts, documentation, and changes, to ensure accurate record management for moving projects.
• Manage the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels, contributing to the smooth functioning of AMJ Campbell's administrative operations within the industry.
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience in a similar position
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
Remuneration:
• $27.00 per/hr
• 2 weeks vacation
