Key components of our services include market research, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, brand development, lead generation, and sales support. Our role is to help businesses navigate the competitive landscape, adapt to market trends, and achieve sustainable growth.
We are currently looking to hire one (1) full-time (30-40 hours per week) Business Development Specialist to join our team of professionals. The successful candidate will be able to work in a hybrid work setting from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify business growth opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies based on market competition, trends, and consumer needs research.
- Perform trend analysis and surveying to identify areas of business development.
- Develop projects related to services development and competitive market positioning.
- Conduct market research, and communicate potential development opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback data to tailor business development goals and strategies.
- Develop, test, and improve promotional and marketing strategies and concepts.
- Design market research questionnaires.
- Develop a portfolio of marketing materials.
- Develop feasibility studies.
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions.
- Review, communicate, and advise on business development proposals and cost estimates.
- Develop policies stimulating potential investments.
- Coordinate the company’s media communication activities and e-commerce strategies.
- Develop in-depth knowledge about prospective clients’ profiles for business development.
Requirements:
- Work experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Language: English
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
Benefits:
- 10 business days of vacation time per year
- Salary: $42.05 to $45.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
