Main Job Duties:
• Supervises employees engaged in the production of food and ensures a consistent level of service for all shifts and special events.
• Maintain food storage level and report on supplies when it's low.
• Ensures quality standards for foods are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and the facilities.
• Prepares work schedules and evaluates the work performance of employees.
• Address customers’ complaints and concerns.
• Analyse and monitor food, supply & labour costs and revenue data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure food service operations stay within the allotted budget.
• May interview, select, or hire new employees
