What the role is about:
• Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
• Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products (siding & gutter systems) using hand and power tools on exterior of homes and multi-family dwellings
• Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Clean work area as needed
• Ability to work at heights
terms of employment: permanent full-time; 40 hours per week
employment conditions: morning, day, evening, weekend
Typical schedule is Mon-Fri - 8h shifts. Flexibility in schedule is required depending on the business needs and weather, including weekend work and overtime, as needed.

• Education: completion of secondary school (high school)
• Work experience: 1-2 years of experience
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling; standing for extended periods of time; large workload; repetitive tasks; attention to detail; work under pressure
• Work site environment: at heights, noisy, dusty, outdoors
• Installation specialization: siding, soffit and fascia; gutter system, and custom bent aluminum flashing to prevent water damage
• Work setting: construction, various locations; residential and commercial
