Responsibilities:
Tasks:
1.Establish work schedules and procedures
2.Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
3.Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
4.Prepare and submit reports
5.Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
6.Resolve work related problems
7.Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
8.Compile worksheets and specifi cations of orders
9.Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
10.Create, investigate, track and complete work orders
11.Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
12.Co-ordinate, assign and review work
13.Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
14.Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations
15.Follow-up on issues with work orders
16.Keep track of shipments
17.Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
18.Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
19.Receive requests for emergency assistance or service
