Athletic Club Attendant Supervisor (Fitness Studio Supervisor)
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operation, including staff, activities and services, and ensure service quality and standards are met
• Co-ordinate staff schedules and train staff in setup for fitness classes and safety procedures and policies
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Monitor fitness area and ensure proper use of equipment, cleaning, and maintenance
• Assist clients with special requests and needs
• Resolve client issues and emergencies
• Review and prepare report on services and client satisfaction
• May perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task
• Team player, able to work in close conditions with several other people
• Attention to details, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Solid computer proficiency

Wage $30 (CAD) per hour
5% commission available
Incremental wage raise available based on experience and performance
