Roles and Responsibilities:

The Client Success Specialist is a vital member of the North American Sales Support team, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations and maximize team success. They act as a customer advocate, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring smooth communication flows. By maintaining meticulous records, streamlining processes, and proactively managing tasks, the Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales team productivity and achieving revenue goals.Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including handling calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including personal and group customer encounters.
- Record and track customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Regularly email and/or call existing install customer base to initiate quote generation, maintenance program entitlement communication, and collect purchase orders for software renewals.
- Prepare necessary materials for internal meetings and presentations.
- Regularly call existing customers to request and record feedback on their use of our products so our team can maximize upsell opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through responsive communication and proactive engagement.
- Effectively answer customer questions about Survalent products and services to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and accurate record of opportunities in accordance with Survalent sales methodology.
- Support sales forecasting activities by preparing reports and providing data extracts for trend analysis.
- Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the North American Sales team, marketing staff, and management to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, always striving to contribute to team success.
- Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

- 1-2 year College diploma or at least one year of work experience in a clerical role in a technical and client-driven environment.
- At least one year of work experience using SalesForce Software.

Compensation

You will receive an annual salary of $58,000 or approximately $27.88/hour. You will be entitled to 10 vacation days and eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. You will also be eligible for discretionary salary increases, promotions and a discretionary performance bonus of up to $12,600/ year, in accordance with Survalent policies.
