Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure pricing is correct.
- Open and close the store by performing duties, such as opening and closing tills, unlocking and securing the store.
- Supervise and co-ordinate work schedules and work activities of staff.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock by placing orders.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Sell in-store merchandise, upsell, promote sales to customers
- Assist in recruiting/ hiring and training of new staff.
- Resolve any issues (i.e. Customer complaints, Shortage of stock)
- Authorize payment transactions and return of merchandise.
- Sort and shelve incoming goods.
- Order necessary stocks and supplies as monitoring and receiving incoming goods from vendors
- Oversee the overall customer service and operational functions, including sales, cashiering merchandising, etc.

Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
- Completion of college
- Several years of sales work experience is required
Wage
- Salary: $19.00 per hour for 30 ~ 44 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
