Job duties:
• Identify and analyze malfunctions in vending machines, using diagnostic tools and equipment to determine the root cause of problems
• Repair or replace malfunctioning parts such as coin mechanisms, bill validators, and refrigeration units
• Thoroughly test and evaluate vending machines after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on vending machines to ensure optimal functionality, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and service calls
• Generate reports and communicate with suppliers with regards to product improvements
Experience and Education requirements:
• Some secondary school education is required
• Completion of college or courses relevant to vending machines or product repair or completion of several months of on-the-job training is required
• One or two-year experience in related field is preferred
