Duties:
• Liaise with clients and internal/external stakeholders to discuss and determine the marketing and branding strategy for a program, series or partnership and effectively manage and meet delivery dates;
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and manage feedback and revisions accordingly;
• Liaise with vendors and media service providers to obtain promotional assets for acquired programs;
• Develop motion graphics for on-air elements, including internal/external creative;
• Use proprietary image resources to produce images to meet clients needs;
• Produce motion graphic executions for external stakeholders in respect to their brand guidelines, specifications, and direction;
• Produce broadcast assets which adhere to appropriate technical and quality specifications of YES TV, ensuring the highest quality standards;
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing Manager to build promotional campaigns and opportunities, manage delivery dates and ensure client satisfaction;
• Work with Marketing Manager to develop new and maintain existing motion graphic elements that align with YES TV brand guideline specifications;
• Prepare and deliver items for ingest for broadcast, social channels and external platforms while adhering to varying delivery specifications;
• Track progress and ensure alignment of expectations with established marketing strategy;
• Participate in brand outreach opportunities/events, as necessary;
• Source music beds, assets, and creative resources, as needed;
• Present ideas to help promote the YES TV brand or campaigns in new ways;
• Develop compelling and engaging copy for promotional materials.
Education:
• Degree or Diploma or relevant and proven industry experience in one or all the following disciplines is required: Broadcast, Communications, Television Production, or Video Editing;
Experience:
• 3 or more years of previous experience as a Video Editor or Multimedia Producer;
• 3 or more years of experience developing motion graphics for a creative agency or broadcaster;
• 1 or more years of experience of previous experience as a Promotions Producer.
Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere;
• Demonstrated ability to produce short-form content with the responsibility for the accuracy and quality of work throughout entire production cycle. A demo reel or portfolio is required.
• Previous experience in a faith-based broadcast environment would be an asset.
Salary: CAD $66,000.00 to CAD $71,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
