Job Description
• Generate the organization’s strategies in a right direction according to policies
• Manage organization’s financial, human, and material resources
• Control budgets and optimize expenses
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Delegate task and authorization to major departments and associated employees
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee promotional campaigns and human resource planning
• Select middle executive staff like directors, managers, and delegate them necessary duties
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Allocate resources related to material, human and finance to implement organization’s policies
