Job Description
• Organize, control, review sales operations in commercial, wholesale and retail organizations
• Manage sales operations at all levels in the organization
• Establish sales practices and procedures within the company
• Establish strategies and tactics for new products launched
• Manage sales contract negotiations and lead the sales team in developing partnerships with business clients
• Plan and execute trade promotion expenses for the company
• Hire and train staff
• Evaluate efficiency and ROI for all promotions
• Associate with marketing division to frame marketing messages for the organization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales material
