1320138 BC Ltd operating name Hustle Deliveries is hiring for one dispatch supervisor on for our office located at 205-8028 128th Street, Surrey, BC. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
Job Duties for this position include the following responsibilities:
-Accurately trace lost or delayed shipments
-Monitor dispatcher routes to manage on- time performance
- Interview applicant, handles employee grievances and complaints
-Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
-Assists the team in booking loads, dispatching, routing and tracking of transportation vehicles
-Communicate with drivers on regular basis regarding schedules, issues, dispatch instructions,
etc.
-Maintain records of all activities and other information
-Establish work schedules and procedures and train workers if needed
Number Of Positions: 1
Requirements for the Position:
-Completion of secondary school is required
-1 to 2 years of experience may be required
-English as a language skill is required
Compensation Package Includes:
-$31.35 per hour
-4% vacation pay
-Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
