To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Overall 20+ years experience in hands-on software development and leading/managing multiple projects.
• 8+ years of experience in project management including 5+ years of experience in Agile.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .Net
• Must be either PMP certified or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Must have experience in AWS Infrastructure, majorly dealing with RDS.
• Must have experience in the domain of any Securities related projects, preferably in the Securities Exchange Commission of USA.
• Must have either hands-on experience or leading/managing experience in Elastic Search or Apache SOLR.
• Must have either hands-on experience or leading/managing experience in AI Techniques like LLMs and Vectors embedding.
• Must have experience of working and managing projects for international clients.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in a highly aggressive result-oriented atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with staff, other teams, senior management, and customers
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Experience in regular expressions or any other parsing techniques will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience in HTML will be a plus.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will:
• Manage and monitor the project, prepare staffing plans and budgets.
• Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements.
• Keep senior management updated with status and risks mitigation/management.
• Help the team to provide realistic work estimates.
• Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges.
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team.
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
• Responsible for technical growth of your development team.
