Main job duties:
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Compile data, statistics, and other information.
• Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer electronic enquiries.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1- 2 years Experience required, Good communication skills.
Benefits Information Overtime: $39.00 - $41.25 per hour will be paid any work done after 40 hours a week Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
