Burger Factory is looking to hire 2 Butchers to join our staff as quickly as possible!
As a Meat Cutter, you would have to perform the following duties:
• Cut and trim meat and poultry for self-service counters or on customer’s demand
• Supervise other butchers if necessary.
• Shape, lace and roast poultry.
• Wrap or package fresh or frozen meats.
• Ensure food storage is appropriate.
• Keep all records of sales and determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company and customer requirement.
• Manage Inventory
Requirements for the position:
No education required.
On the job training will be provided
Job Terms:
• Wage – $19.00 per hour
• Hours - 40 hours per week; Full time, permanent position
