Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Over a year of Korean and/or Japanese cooking experience required
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients is preferred

General duties as:
- Prepare and cook complete meals of Japanese foods such as Katsu, Poke Bowl, fried rice, Sushi Burrito, and Maki Rolls
- Order supplies and maintains food stock and records of foods
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Clean kitchen and work areas
