Job Duties:
• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
• Maintain records of Finance, insurance files and prepare and submit necessary claims.
• Manage financial policies, systems and procedures for the organization.
• Manage the financial planning, budget process and analyze & correct estimates.
• Maintain financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities of the organization.
• Develop, document, and maintain appropriate reporting policies and procedures for various reporting processes and projects.
• Providing financials reports and, interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further course of action.
• Prepare & implement financial policies & procedures.
• Inform and report to director concerning any trends that are critical to the company's financial performance.
• Hire, train & manage staff as per the requirements.
• Oversee the company’s financial position by keeping track of all expenses and revenues.
• Use professional judgment to assess whether reported numbers and results are reasonable and in line with expectations.
