Duties:

- Oversee, organize, and manage the tasks of food preparation, portioning, and service staff.
- Forecast the need for ingredients and supplies, placing accurate orders to meet our kitchen's demands.
- Play a pivotal role in expanding our team by recruiting and onboarding new food service stuffs.
- Act as the primary contact for guest feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Keep meticulous documentation regarding inventory, maintenance activities, sales figures, and wastage, aiding in operational efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution processes of meal trays, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness.
- Design and implement effective work schedules, optimizing staff productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate in menu planning for the restaurant and calculate associated food and labor expenses
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets and make sure all the policies and procedure are followed as per the company’s standards and operational procedures.
- Ensure food service and quality control; and follow all health and safety regulations.


What You Bring to the Table:

- A minimum of one year in a management role within the food service industry.
- Experience within a high pace environment focused on delivering high quality food and service
- Experience overseeing a team of 5-10
- A current Food Safety Certificate
- Stellar English abilities and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a memorable experience.
