We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to enhance business processes and drive efficiency within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the oil and gas industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA configurations.
2. Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes within the oil and gas sector and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Provide recommendations and best practices for optimizing business workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
3. Integration and Data Management:
- Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud with other systems and applications commonly used in the oil and gas industry.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy through effective data migration and management strategies.
4. Customization and Configuration:
- Customize SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules to align with the specific needs of the oil and gas business, including modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Plant Maintenance.
5. Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the support team to address and resolve technical challenges.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure that SAP S/4HANA configurations adhere to industry regulations and security standards relevant to the oil and gas sector.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust access controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or SAP certifications preferred.
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years implementing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific processes and challenges.
- Experience working on projects in the African market.
