Job Description:
Language Required: English
Min. Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years
Min. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people & 5-10 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
Work Setting: Restaurant
Responsibilities:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
